Description
A woman, perhaps Yvonne Jongeleen, getting tattoos at the Peter D. Jongeleen "Electrical Tattooing" shop at 320 Fore St., Portland.
The top tattoo is titled "Mother" and the bottom tattoo is two flags joined together.
The photo probably was taken at the tattoo shop. Yvonne Jongeleen was Peter Jongeleen's wife.
