Description
Hannah Pierce (1788-1873) of Baldwin expresses her disappointment to her brother Josiah Pierce (1792-1866) of Gorham that he had not come to Baldwin to meet with Mr. Yates.
Yates, who had been renting Hannah Pierce's farm, was about to leave that position and Hannah did not want to settle with him without her brother's advice.
