Description
The Park Avenue fire house in Portland, showing Hose 6 and Ladder 6 and the new ladder company that formed in 1924.
When Ladder 1's new truck went in service in 1924, the 1885 horse-drawn Talbot and Moulton ladder carriage was rebuilt, and assigned as Ladder 6 at Park Avenue with Engine 6.
