Description
Film excerpt of children being taught baton twirling while marching in unison on the Eastern Prom in Portland, and young people practicing baton twirling and coordinated movement with colored banners on the Portland High School Athletic Field (now Fitzgerald Stadium).
The film was taken about 1940 by the Portland Engraving Company for the city of Portland.
