Description
Main Street in Biddeford taken in 1909. Shown are several cafes and the Masonic Building as well as a few townspeople, horse carts, and a trolley. The decorations were for the Merchants Carnival that took place in Biddeford October 14-16 in 1909.
This picture was taken at 2:30 in the afternoon, and like many from this collection does not have a single automobile in frame.
