Description
A view of the south side of Congress Street in Portland, looking east from Oak Street in about 1906.
The message on the front of the card, part of which is written in code, reads, "The white building is one of Portland's largest stores. It failed this winter and now a firm from New Hampshire is running it. Eve."
The postcard is dated May 10, 1906.
