Description
First Lieutenant Frank Leavitt of the Thornton Academy Cadet Corp, a drill team that existed at the Biddeford from 1889 to 1893. The first members had caps as their only unifying garment.
After many fund-raising events and performances, enough money was raised for uniforms.
