Description
The cover of the program from the Second Annual State of Maine Winter Carnival, held Feb. 15-17, 1923.
The carnival was held at Ganeston Park, State Park, and the State House grounds in Augusta.
It featured a parade, a king and queen, ski jumping, hoop rolling, a rope pull on ice, trick skating, skating, hockey, and ski kjoring with events for grammar school children, secondary school, and college youths.
