Description
James H. Marr, acting first assistant Post Master General wrote to James W. Wakefield, Collector of Customs in Bath, responding to a request for information about the complete list of past postmasters in Bath. Added in pencil is a brief history of the Post Office and its various locations.
The letter is a folded sheet with insert, where writing appears on three sides of the folded sheet and one side of the insert.
