Description
Printed and mailed invitation to the ceremonies dedicating the Cutler Memorial Library Building and its presentation to the Farmington Public Library Association, on Wednesday, September 9, 1903.
It is thought to have been mailed much as we would now mail items to "Resident". It has a one cent postage stamp and cancellation marks from Farmington. The weather was fine, and over two thousand persons attended.
