Description
George Washington Pierce of Portland, wrote to his brother Josiah of Gorham, with whom he was managing their father's estate, to report a potential problem with deeds to property they had sold a month earlier to the Maine Manufacturing Co. in Sacarrappa.
Pierce asked his brother to come to Portland to discuss the issue.
