Description
The Pendleton Sisters schooner was built in 1900 by Fields Coombs Pendleton, a prominent member of a family of ship builders. His grandsons F.S. and Edwin formed the Pendleton Brothers ship company and owned the largest fleet of sailing vessels in America between 1900-1910.
The Pendleton Sisters was sold to Portugal in 1916.
