Description
This view is taken from the Walker, Dunn Shipyard looking down the Georges River. The Ship "Samuel Watts," 2035 tons, built by E. Watts in 1870, is passing the Beacon, a fixed navigation aid, marking an outreaching shoal from land. The Schooner "Charles F. Heyer," 323 tons, built by Amos Walker in 1870, is under construction on the shore.
