Description
This large building housing a coal-fired municipal water pumping system was replaced with a much smaller brick structure before 1940. Note diagonal wire fencing enclosing pond, and the roll of rectangular wire fencing in the foreground. Date determined by the rear side of the post card: undivided backs ended in March 1907.
