Contributed by Gordon Lyons through Guilford Historical Society
Description
View of the Guilford Woolen Mills on the north and south sides of the Piscataquis River during a flood in the 1920s. Water Street was not paved at this time and appears to be a sea of mud. The individual on the sidewalk is not identified on the photograph but some people believe it is Dr. Dore.
