Description
William Brice Edwards (1877-1940) was the Brunswick Police Chief for nearly 20 years and Deputy Fire Chief and Fire Chief for more than 20 years.
He served on the Board of Selectman the last three years of his life.
He was married to Evelyn Blethen.
He was known as "Bil'y" and Edwards Field in Brunswick is named for him.
