Description
View of Guilford from High Street looking down Maple Street around 1915. The box mill and lumberyard are on the right. Maple St. was a through street at the time of this photograph. The houses on the left still exist in 2009 but the rest of the scene has changed. Note the foot bridge across the Piscataquis River on the right and Elmwood Cemetery on the left.
