Description
This view shows the Congregational and Baptist churches of Turner Village. Construction was started on the Baptist Church building in 1855 and it was dedicated in January 1868.
The two churches joined in a Federation November 30, 1919 and met in the Congregational building in the winter and the Baptist building in the summer until 1927 when the Congregational Church building burned.
In 1979 the churches merged to form the Turner Village Church.
