Description
Sold for Lubec’s Centennial celebration in July, 1911, this souvenir includes a cast brass eagle soldered to a pin and supporting a 1.9 cm diameter coined medallion. The front of the medallion bears an image of Lubec’s first structure and the legend, “ONE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY LUBEC, MAINE”. The rear, not shown, reads, “JULY 2-3-4 1911.”
