Description
Members of les Fusiliers Laurier, or Laurier Rifles, of Biddeford, are pictured in 1912. Most of the group is unidentified, except for Felix Coulombe (4th row, 3rd from right), who became one of the stars of Biddeford's French theater community through the next 30 years.
The Fusiliers Laurier were a French military society started in Biddeford in 1904; they performed drills for various public events. They were associated with the St. Jean's Dramatic Club.
