Description
Annie Frances Harrod Boyd of Gray Street in Portland, a member of the Maine Association Opposed to Suffrage for Women, provided a written report on the Annual Meeting of the National Association Opposed to Suffrage for Women that was held in Washington, D.C. Dec. 7-8, 1916.
Boyd was a delegate from the Maine Association. She notes that she was ill and was unable to present her report in person at the Jan. 3 meeting of the Maine group in Portland.
