Description
The 1915 report of the Maine Association Opposed to Suffrage for Women noted that not much anti suffrage activity had taken place until the group was formed in the fall of 1913.
The group reported that it had held public meetings, distributed literature and testified before the Legislature on a suffrage amendment introduced for Maine's Constitution.
