Description
"Red Men" float in Lubec's Grand Parade celebrating its 1911 Centennial, presumably the Improved Order of Red Men. The IORMs were “...organizations that continued to emulate each other and to build on the original imitation of the League of Iroquois...those who desired as patriots to preserve American liberty and the Constitution that enshrined it.”
