Description
Incorporation of the Saco Water Power Machine Company to do business at the Saco Falls in Saco and Biddeford, 1837.
This copy was signed by the Secretary of State two days after the incorporation was passed in the legislature. It allows the company to manufacture "cotton, wool, iron and other metals and materials" and may build the necessary works to do so as long as they don't block the navigation of the river.
