Description
A view of State Street after the fire of 1911. On the right the rubble of the Kenduskeag Block which housed Bangor Savings Bank, Bangor Public Library and the Bangor Historical Society is examined by passersby. The Morse Oliver Block ruins stand above in the background. Little remains of the wooden buildings that stood across the street.
