Description
St. Joseph's School students and teachers, Biddeford, 1910. The board behind the students reads "Ecole St. Joseph, 30 Mars 1910." This school was staffed mainly by the Sisters of the Good Shephard, but in this particular grade the teacher was Elizabeth Petit. The only students identified in this photograph are: [Second row] 1. Marc Courtemanche, 2. Albert Lessard. [Third row] 2. Andre Rheume, 5. Edgar Carrier, 8. Eugene Neveux. [Fourth row] 8. Albani Dion. [Fifth row] 1. Elizabeth Petit, 3. -- Couture, 5. George Neveux. Each child carries a small white pennant of some sort.
