Description
Foggy day at West Quoddy Head Light Station, located at the easternmost point of the United States within the Town of Lubec. The double entrance doors show the keepers’ house after the 1899 conversion to a duplex. The stacks beyond the roof peak indicate the kitchen lean-to at the rear added at that time. Postmarked in Lubec on October 29 1924.
