This document lists the 14 paupers belonging to the Town of Cumberland and the amount of their board as bid off in town meeting on May 11, 1829. The document also lists the individuals who won the bids to board the paupers, and is signed by James Prince. Prince was a member of the Cumberland Board of Selectmen from 1821-37.
