Description
This house is located at 15 Blanchard Road, Cumberland. Built by Jeremiah Blanchard about 1810 for "widow Pittee", whose daughter married Samuel R. Sweetser. In 1849 Samuel Sweetser purchased the dwelling and about 10 acres of land from the estate of Jeremiah Blanchard for the sum of $190.00.
