The 1985 program cover for the Congres International Des Raquetteurs, the International Snowshoe Congress.
The program cover notes, "Celebrant Le 60ieme Anniversaire de la Premiere Convention International Tenus aux Etats Unis."
The event celebrated the 60th anniversary of the first International Snowshoe Convention, which was held in Lewiston in 1925. Le Montagnard, whose clubhouse is pictured on the cover, was the first snowshoe club in the U.S., founded by Quebec immigrant Louis-Philippe Gagne in 1924.
