Description
This first church building in Lubec was completed on August 17, 1820. Upgrades and changes over the decades include replacement of the steeple after ther original 125½ foot spire was severely damaged by the famous Saxby Gale of 1869. In the background the rectory of the Christian Temple Church is visible.
