Description

Ice harvesting took place on Cascade Pond in Vaughan Woods in Hallowell for many years in the 20th century, as seen behind the men in this image. As identified in the inscription at the bottom of the picture, Harold Clark was a supervisor of the Moore ice harvesting business and Maurice was one of the ice cutters.
