Description
A postcard view entitled "Taking out logs from the Saco", showing monstrous lumber piles along the river, ca. 1910. To gauge the scale, you can see two men standing atop the left most pile, one near the top and one closer the bottom. There are also a number of other loggers or lumberjacks along the left side on the ground as well. This is an AZO - brand postcard which dates from between 1904-1918.
