Description
Hester Ann Morse was born September 27, 1817 in Brunswick, daughter of Benjamin R. Morse (1793-1878) and Lavina Melcher Lunt (1797-1848).
On August 26, 1847, she married James Lunt, a master mariner. They had had two children Lavina (1848) and James S. (1855).
James Lunt, died at sea March 14, 1862 at the age of 47.
