Description
The cover of the 6th annual horse show put on by the Portland Horse Show Association at the Waynflete Riding School on Westbrook Street in Portland, Sept. 25, 1937.
Among the competitors was Arthur Waterman (1907-1974) of Portland, who, riding Lexington, was in the Class II Model Saddle Three-Gated category, Senior Horsemanship, Good Hands Class, Combination Horse (in cart and under saddle by same person), and Saddle Pairs (one ridden by lady, one by gentleman)
