Description
Biddeford Fire Department's "Old Engine #3" in action, with fuel wagon, at Lincoln and Main Streets in 1909. The smoke from the fire (rather than from the engine!) seems to be coming from a small blaze in top floors of the mill buildings in the background. These buildings were all part of the Pepperell Mills.
