This document, signed and sealed by John Bapst, a Catholic priest of Bangor, conveying a plot of land in Birch Hill Cemetery to Patrick Dunn and John McHugh on November 19, 1856. Father Bapst's signature was notarized by Michael Boyce, Justice of the Peace, and witnessed by Eugene Vetromile.
