Description
This home in Alfred was owned by Caleb Lord, a lawyer and clerk of courts for York County, in the 1860s.
George Phoenix and others lived here before Florence Clarke died and it was purchased by the Kucsmas.
It had the reputation of being the first Alfred home to have a bathtub.
