Description
The home was once owned by the Lucius Perkins family.
Lucius Perkins and his wife, Mary, had three daughters. Mary H. was born in 1878, Lucia was born in 1881, and Elizabeth S., who became a missionary to China, in 1883.
Elizabeth is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
