Description
On the same date (August 19, 1975) that Hopley Yeaton’s remains in Lubec were ceremoniously transferred to the Coast Guard tall ship Eagle, his permanent monument was dedicated at the Coast Guard Academy at a rainy event in New London, Connecticut.
