Description
"(Shown through the courtsey of Mrs. A. R. Jewett.) Probably taken about 1860.
"Wing at left, supported by posts, is said to be a part of the old Red Dragon, raised up and built into a dance hall. Charles A. Dealey claims to be the party showing in the picture next to the corner. No one now living can tell who the other people are, other than man in window, said to be Silas Leland, whose daughter, Miss Annie Leland, it still a resident of Skowhegan.
