Description
A teenage Charles E. Tefft standing beside a bust of Julius Caesar he created. Tefft later went on to create a sculpture of Hannibal Hamlin that still stands today in downtown Bangor. He was born in Brewer in 1874. Five monuments of his are in Bangor as well as other locations around the United States.
