Description
Grass and a lone tree in an interior courtyard at the Pepperell Mills, Biddeford, circa 1894. This courtyard existed between Buildings #2 and #3, which ran perpendicular to Main Street; this perspective in looking towards Main Street from the river end of the buildings. The clocktower of Building #2 is visible on the right hand side.
