Description
Four children play at low tide on the mud flats n South Lubec. Seawater here at Lubec Channel off the Bay of Fundy averages 21 feet, and in an average of six hours and 12 minutes will be lapping at their sand structure if not covering it. The family album containing this photograph identifies the girl in the checkered dress as Evelyn C. Pike, daughter of Bion M. Pike of 30 Main Street.
