Description
View of Bangor City Hall on Columbia Street before 1893. Taken from accross Hammond Street. This building was built in 1812 as the first Court House by Rowland Tyler, and later remodeled as City Hall in 1831-32. This building was demolished and the 2nd Bangor City Hall (Hersey Memorial Building) was built in 1892.
