These marchers were part of the Parade of Horribles and Antiques held on July 5, 1920.
The Parade of Horribles was a traditional feature of Fourth of July celebrations in some areas of the United States. This parade, was held on July 5, as the 4th fell on a Sunday.
City officials planning the Centennial determined to hold religious observances on Sunday the 4th.
