Description
This house at 303 Pool Road was the home of Captain Rishworth Jordan, a Biddeford sea Captain in the age of sail. When Captain Jordan died in 1899, it was said that he had lived in this house (between voyages) for sixty-three years. It was occupied afterword by Captain Jordan's grandson, Robert H. Gay, who lived in the house each summer and spent winters in Waterville.
