Description
E.B. Orne and Rudy Vallée (1901-1986) composed "When the Silv'ry Moon is Shining O'er the Hills of Dear Old Maine."
Vallée, a native of Westbrook who had a home on Kezar Lake, was a singer, band leader, actor, and composer.
The music includes parts for the saxophone, tenor banjo, Hawaiian guitar, and ukulele.
