Students in an Americanization class at the Woolson School, also called the Chestnut Street School, performing in a dramatization of immigration to America.
In the front, from left, are: John Malia, Sadie Figato, Bella Gellar and Martin Moss.
At rear, from left, are: Reta Siegel, Esther Woolf, Marie Costango and Nathalie Westwig.
The students are Russian, Greek, Italian, Armenian and Norwegian.
This photograph was published in the Maine Sunday Telegram on March 30, 1924.
