Description
This mid-20th century photograph shows left to right in rear Sanford Colson, brother of Herbert Colson Sr., and Etta Colson, widow of boatyard founder Ralph Colson and mother of Sanford and Herbert Sr.; front, Herbert Colson Jr., Herbert Colson Sr., Vera Debeck, sister of Herbert Colson Sr. In front of Vera her daughter, Carol Debeck. The photo was taken on the deck of the newly built Chester L. Pike sardine carrier. The young Sanford Colson is visible in a school photo at #31294. Both Sanford and Herbert Sr. appear in a football photo at # 31027.
